The theory of post covid-19 criticism constitutes a new vision in literature and literary criticism.

This theory focuses on the effects of the coronavirus pandemic in literature and literary criticism by analysing literary texts that emerged from the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

It analyses literature from a diversity of references, and primarily from two central terms: Post covid-19 literature and post covid-19 criticism.

This research presents an applied study from the post covid-19 theory to analyse one novel entitled Escaped from Corona, which belongs to post covid-19 literature by clarifying new concepts, literary and critical issues and terms related to our age.

It appears that post covid-19 literature is in the need to form a new literary critical theory required by the transformations and developments of our age in literature and criticism.

This research aims to provide an applied model to read and analyse Escaped from Corona.

As much as the problem of this research is concerned, the problem is reflected in the emergence of literary texts in the post covid-19 pandemic age which needs a critical theory and some methodological tools consistent with the context of this topic.

The existing Arab literary criticism lacks a critical theory that follows up on post covid-19 transformations through providing applied models.
