الملخص الإنجليزي

Undoubtedly , the history that Islamic and Arab world have strongly connected with has created discrepancy attitudes in human relations.

For getting away from effective factors , the history should be reviewed again so as to arouse the nation , to functionalize what is benefit thereof and to get rid of hatred as to make the future as a lighting one for the coming generations the history should be subject to objective and mental analysis data.

Thus, the idea of the research relies on modern reading of reconciliation items recited by Imam Al-Hasan Al-Mujtaba (peace upon him).

The research includes two units, each unit has two parts , first part: Imam Hasan Al-Mujtaba (peace upon him) in originality of prophecy, Imamah and ruling ,together with his birth day; besides that, the messenger 'Muhammad" "God bless him" likes his name since his name has been from Allah's messenger (Wahi) and not from humans.

The first part shows the insight diplomacy as that confirmed by Allah Book and his messenger (God bless him) and that was taken by the Imam as to give the nation evidence of the message of the messenger its content have not been understood.

This message has made the nations as one nation after were a scattered one where stubbornness prevailed over.

The Imam Al-Hasan Al-Mujtaba has stated sublime moral ,human and religious outlines calling for tranquility and patience in ruling as that confirmed by the messenger by saying (I advise humans beings for their creation).

Thus , it has been relied on concept of democracy and it was proved that what many of writers and historians mentioned have been untrue when they said that 'Maawiyah" asked for reconciliation or that Imam Al-Hasan had an inclination to get money as that mentioned by Maawiya and Omer Bin Al-Aas who was a leader of Shami army that fought Imam Al-Hasan (Peace upon him) an Maawiya , as to get away from consequences, he asked for reconciliation.

The second part has been about military security precautions in the state of Imam Al-Mujtaba (peace upon him) between his reality and his ambition and unseen methods he satisfied with.

It could be said that the security precautions regarding information collection about the antagonist and other kind of information that could not come in conformity with the son of the prophet (Al-Hasan) (peace upon them).

I have tried to establish a comparison between the reality of Imam and his antagonist (Maawiya) and I have depended on objective analysis by using religious and historic references.

The second part explains the reconciliation, along with its items and its results into two parts , the first one is the conception of reconciliation and its indication ,the second part mentions items of reconciliation since Maawiya had not committed to promise.

The present paper ends with conclusion.

I have relied on many references with modern reading.

I have warned the reader to necessarily re-consider many suppositions that have been untrue.
