This initiative will help guarantee the continuation of all activities which do not require the physical presence of their members, especially those whose cessation or simple dysfunction would have a significant impact on the functioning of society as a whole.

We are therefore talking about generalized digitization of the functioning of public services.

This process can apply to the entire legal system, which must face Coronavirus today.

In the case of online courses, they have multiplied until probably becoming the default operating mode of the service for an educational audience.
