Research Topic and its Scope Directing the explanatory meaning for both positions of the ‘monitoring pause’ on contrastive shape in the Noble Qur’anic verses: the monitoring pause and the contrasted pause, which is contained in the Qur'an of the King Fahd Complex - May Allah have mercy on him - in Madinah, and the effect of the pauses on one of the two places in the interpretation of the Qur’anic verse.

Research Objective Collect the positions of monitoring pause and contrasted pause of the Noble Qur’an in general, and in the Madinah’s Qur’an edition by studying them in detail.

Directing the meaning of the verse interpretively in case the pause occurs at the first position or second position, and weighting the chosen pause with evidence.

Research Problem A group of interpreters, readers, and grammarians agreed on some places of monitoring pauses, while others disagreed, including those who limited the monitoring pauses to six places and others restricted it to thirty-eight places of pause, and I have collected forty-nine pauses, and each pause has its meaning in terms of interpretation.

Research Results Knowing the places of pause and initiation and perform it in reciting Qur'an beautifies the recitation.

It highlights the meanings, and helps the specialist jurists to know the proofs that they are looking for.

Therefore, the reciters of Qur'an and its linguists took care in classify and teaching the places of pause and initiation.

The Qur’anic interpreters have accordingly some disproves in their books.

The "monitoring pause," on contrary, is a diligent pause but unrestrained for the :following reasons A- The Noble Qur’an has not referred to the most opposite pause places that I calculated, even though it contains this type of pauses according to the rule of knowledge of the bids from which this prosody science was taken.

B- Three out of six places for this type of pauses were deleted and revoked in the modern version of the Qur’an edition of Al- Madinah, which they were fixed in the first edition.

C- The meaning of the verse does not affected by connecting it and skipping the pause on one of the two places of monitoring pause! It is also defined that it is necessary to pause on one of its two positions; however, the lack of disturbance of the meaning, when the pause is skipped, invalidates the mandatory of this claim.
