This study aims to shed light on the Shari'ah judgment of learning musical acoustics when reciting the Quran.

Which is repeatedly discussed these times between a supporter and an offender.

This study shows the concept of musical acoustics because judging a branch is from its conception.

It is necessary to define it clearly, its types, and learning controls and reading using them.

This study also explains the sayings of the jurists accompanied by holy sayings and mental evidences and then we have mentioned the most likely followed by the reasons for considering.

The study has reached several results, the most important of which are: reciting the Qur'an with musical acoustics and learning it is permissible within the considered legal standards.

The researchers recommended to establish centers for training the Quranic acoustics supervised by specialists in the field of recitation and intonation, in order to prevent some of learning them by musicians.
