The current study aimed to reveal the effect of organizational politics on the organizational climate in secondary schools in Gaza governorates from the teachers point of view, as well as revealing the significance of the differences in the teachers ’average estimates for organizational politics, and the level of the organizational climate according to the study variables (gender, years of service, directorate, employment authority: Gaza / Ramallah) to achieve the objectives of the study ,the researcher used a descriptive analytical, where he designed two questionnaires, the first : (organizational politics) and consisted of (36) paragraphs spread over three fields : (submission and accompany, affiliations and alliances, incentives and rewards, regulatory policies, power and influence) .and the second : (organizational climate) and consisted of (30) paragraphs .and applied instruments on a sample of (340) teachers from the origin (4719) as (7.2%) from the original community and it was chosen by the stratified random method.
