This study aimed at explaining the effect of jurisprudential differences on financial benefits (applied study between Islamic jurisprudence and Jordanian civil law), where the researcher collected everything related to the fields of study, studying and analyzing it, and showing the effect of the differences in the financial benefits in Islamic jurisprudence and the Jordanian civil law in support of the legitimate evidences, and the sayings of the four jurists, With what the search requires of a detailed explanation, And the interconnected of ideas.

The study showed that there is an impact on the difference of jurists in the financial benefits and jurisprudence and that is through applying of the research on two subjects, the benefits of the money and the benefits of preemption.

The study also showed that the benefits are valuable money ,and the consequent of taking them is to pay their value.

This requests that the value of the cropped money benefits must be guaranteed in case if it is damaged, and guarantee the value of benefits of preemption in (the part that is owned To achieve this study the original analytical method was used, which is based on the study of the research issue, with a focus on analyzing and clarifying the subjects of the study, analyzing them and drawing conclusions.
