The aim of this study was to try to determine the impact of the counseling and psychological guidance services provided by the trainer on the level of performance of handball players who are active at the level of the department association of handball in bouira.

on the field and methodological side, the study was carried out and applied to some of the 30 teams of handball teams who represent the research community, who were randomly selected from the original community.

the descriptive approach was also used in the study using questionnaire forms as a tool for collecting data after subjecting it to scientific conditions through arbitration by specialized professors.
