Read Sea area both African and Arabian parts become area for international competition conflicts.

The area Due to the strategic location since past to future, it is considered to be as one of richest energy zone and promising for high reserves in the world, that resulted to be interested area globally for geopolitical, strategic, economic development.

That area consider as crucial passage for explored energy and oil from Gulf Arab countries and horn Africa countries heading to USA, Chania, India, Japan and Aruba etc.

as well as this area consider usage for international commercial transportation, interconnection between Asia and western Countries Aruba, all mentioned factors led to be the area internationals conflicts zone.

The strategic conflict from biggest, rose up international forces in the area contributed to setting up and establish militaries bases, commercial ports, that complexes the root of conflict which witness in the area and it has negative impact in entire the area which contributed to Ambiguous politics and economic future.

The energy forces are expected to continue for competition to gain energy, commercial militaries bases in future.The importance of this paper coming from security and strategic of energy and their strong influences in future.

The area become center for international conflict due to the biggest international forces are races and compete to secure their oil and energy.

The main objective of the paper to highlights to international conflicts in the area which caused by protection and security the energy and strategical location and interest of the biggest international forces to the area as well as ability of transport the energy through the passageway and relocations of militaries bases too.

The methodology used in this paper are complete method to handle papers harps/design.

The research resulted to several recommendation, but the most important result is, security of energy, strategic location for Red Sea countries attract conflicts between international forces due to the interrelating to strategic of international forces and security of their interests; economics, security control.

The factors above reflect to the causes of conflict in the area.

The paper recommended to redrafting the strategic to enhance strategic partnership which led to utilization of resources and better usage distinguish available in the area to be benefits of people in the area and to achieve human security too.
