The study addressed he right of the citizenship and the peaceful coexistence according to the international conventions and the constitutional bill for the transitional period 2019, the problem of the study represented in, there was lack related with illustration of the extent of he declaration of this bill the principle of the citizenship and the peace full coexistence compared with the international conventions, the importance of the study emerged from the importance of this bill as it considered the supreme law that governed the state, and confirmed the rights, and regulated the duties, for all citizens, the study aimed to illustrate what the bill included as the right of equality of the citizenship and peaceful coexistence, the study followed the analytical, the descriptive, and the comparative methods, the study came to many results, the most important, the Islamic Sharia and the international charters confirmed the citizenship, and the coexistence rights as basic rights of human, also the constitutional bill for the transitional period 2019 also declared the principle in many of its texts, the most important, the state committed to respect the human dignity, and established on justice, equality, variation, and the guarantee of the human rights, and the fundamental freedoms, the citizenship was the bases of the equal rights and duties for all the Sudanese, the study recommended, the necessity of holding the announced legislation conference, to fill he failure gaos of the constitutional bill, compared with the international conventions and charters, the study also recommended the application of Cairo document for citizenship 2019, which issued during the thirtieth international conference for the high council for Islamic affairs, which held in Cairo in the reality that declared the right bases of the citizenship.
