research is to identify the trends of the academic elites in Iraq regarding the issue of normalizing Arab-Israeli relations, amd to findout what has occupied Arab public opinion, and produced various political reactions.

This research is considered from the descriptive research that adopts the surey mothod.

Using the scale that was distributed to the exaggerated research sample 320 respondents, which included the University, of Bagdad, Al-Salaymanyya, Basra, Anbar and wasit.

The Scale has been divided into six axes 47 items.

The study concluded a sct of results, the most importmt of which are: 1- The general attitudes of the academic elites in the research sample regarding the issue of normalizing the Arab-Israeli relations were weak and negative.

2- The absence of statistically significant differences in the academic elites' trends regarching the issue of normalization according to the variables of gender, age, and academic qualification.

3- Television ranked first in the type of media that the sample members relied on btaining information on the issue of normalizing Arab-Israeli relations
