It has become clear that social networking sites are full of rumors about various areas of life, but with the announcement of the Corona virus and its repercussions, the field has turned into medical rumors, some of which take the character of seriousness and arouse panic and fear, and others take the character of irony and humor, and in this research we will be keen to address the reality of the rumor in Social media networks, and what are the dangers of these rumors and what are the ways that the Iraqi media are taking to confront them, and there is no doubt that the talk about the Corona virus has become the talk of the hour and a preoccupation for many users.

The ban due to Corona on the individual economy before the national economy.

This research deals with a description of how the media has confronted this large torrent of rumors on social media about the pandemic and how to face the risk of catching it, and how the rumors that reduce the danger of the pandemic and criticize the ban and its risks around the world, which can cause social and psychological effects that require diagnosis, have been confronted.

The entities behind these rumors that may serve certain countries, as well as their contribution to falsifying community awareness and harming community security.
