This will help establish human morality to face the pandemic and to harness the diverse, inherent Islamic capabilities socially, economically, and intellectually.

It adopts the historical and inductive approach to track the movement of civilizational action in the history of the Muslim nation and to draw the conclusions that helped achieve it.

On these bases, this research concludes that the shattering of the foundations of civilizational action led to the decay of the civilizational actor and leadership.

The movement of history has proved that difficult circumstances are the catalyst for great actions, and after each disaster questions related to renaissance are raised.

Each answer paves the way to other questions, this implies an ongoing enhancement of the faculty of questioning and criticism.

It is an original paper that attempts to answer a haunting question, which is: Can we witness the birth of this nation's civilizational action from the recurrent adverse situations in confronting this
