Then, the book »Manahij Tahsil« and its academic value is presented.

Rajraji's approach to solving the problems of Mudawanah is explained in the second subchapter.

After that, the researcher deals with the writer's general approach to explaining the issues of Mudawanah.

Finally, the most important conclusions and recommendations are presented in the conclusion.
