فعالية برنامج إرشادي قائم على اليقظة العقلية في خفض القلق لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة

The study aimed to recognize the effectiveness of guidance program depending on mental awareness and its in reducing the level of anxiety with mothers of mild intellectual disability children ,the study used the experimental method with a sample of( 20) mild intellectual disability child -male and female with their mothers age ranges between (30-40)-whom are registered in al-Zagazeeg comprehensive center ,the sample divided to two groups first experimental contains ( 10) cases , second control group contains (10) cases the study used mental awareness scale prepared by (baer et al., 2006) translated by Mohammad Alsayed Abdulrahman (2015) , mothers anxiety scale prepared by the researcher, and mothers guidance program prepared by the researcher the study results, there were differences between the two experimental control groups in reducing anxiety after applying the program in favor of the experimental group there is no differences between the post evaluation scale and the follow up scale through the experimental group which is an evidence of the progress effect in reducing anxiety , it is recommended to generalize the results from generalizing the programs of developing mental alertness for mothers of children from simple intellectual disability, and investing that in reducing their anxiety and developing positive trends towards their lives and their families.
