This research studies and analyzes the changes and events in Bisha city since joining the First Saudi State, and the impact that they had during the joining to the Saudi State in 1212 AH.

the study also deals with the contributions that Bisha city had towards including Hijaz to the First Saudi State as well as its huge contribution in standing up and confronting against the force of Alsharif Ghalib.

The first ruler of Bisha, during the Saudi era, became ill in the time of including mecca to the Saudi state.

thus, his son continued the contribution and make his force at the disposal of emirate of al-Diriyah.

In that time, he directed some of his army towards Najran while the other army towards Jizan and Yemen.

when the forces of Mohammad Ali Basha moved to Taif after entering mecca in 1228 AH, he directed three campaigns towards the areas located in the east of Taif.

these campaigns as well as the tribe and Saudi forces who were stationed in the cities confronted strongly the forces of Mohammad Ali Basha causing heavy losses in his men and forces.

Afterwards, the Imam Abdullah bin Saud had very important arrangements in order to make Bisha a headquarters for armies as well as prepare Bisha city to be the center and transferred the forces to it, particularly after the loss in the Battle of Bessl.

however, the intensity of the forces and the military superiority of Mohammad Basha’s army hinder Bisha city to be the center for the army, particularly after the death of its ruler Fahhad Bin Salim Bin Shakban which resulted from facing these campaigns.
