The study dealt with the legal regulation of the work of tourist restaurants and cafeterias in the Sudanese legislation.

The problem of the study was that there are shortcomings with regard to the application of the regulations governing the work of these tourist restaurants.

The importance of the study stemmed from the importance of tourist restaurants as one of the basic components of tourism in countries.

The regulations governing the work of tourist restaurants and cafeterias and the shortcomings contained therein, and a statement of the conditions that must be met to obtain the necessary license for their exploitation and management.

The study followed the analytical approach, the descriptive approach, and the inductive approach.

It did not include sufficient texts to regulate the work of tourist restaurants and cafeterias, which is the same deficiency that occurs in the regulations governing tourism work, and practicing the work of tourist restaurants and cafeterias without a license is considered an ongoing crime.

Law regulating tourism work, and the study recommended many recommendations The most important of them: that the authorities responsible for tourism in the country must prepare a draft special law regulating the work of tourist restaurants and cafeterias, and strict restrictions and conditions must be set for granting a license to practice the work of tourist restaurants in order to avoid moral crimes and crimes that arise in the face of tourists and in application of tourism security.
