The current study aimed at measuring the effectiveness of the different patterns of computerized test design in reducing the level of test anxiety and deferred achievement among students of the College of Education at Taibah University according to the information processing system.

To achieve this goal, a sample consisted of (63) students who were randomly assigned to two groups.

The first group consisted of (32) students who took the computerized multi-stimulus test (audiovisual media).

The second group consisted of (31) students who took the computerized test with one effect (visual media).

The quasi-experimental approach was used, and a computerized achievement test was built in the e-learning course, and another measure of test anxiety was built.

The study results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of achievement between the two types of computerized tests, where the differences came in favor of the computerized test pattern with multiple stimuli.
