The method that I chose in the research is inductive, analytical, and descriptive, comparing Islamic jurisprudence and law.

I followed a thoughtful structure to arrive at useful results, so I began to research in the introduction and in it I referred to electronic commerce, its importance and preventive measures against forbidden gain, and then touched upon the objectives of the research and the motive for writing it , then I showed the importance of the topic and the warning from this perverted category , as well as the research problem.
