The study deals with the effects of environmental changes against economic and social effect to sennar‘s population.

the study aimed to identify the development rates in the sennar state by analyzing the components of the environmental dimension of the economic and social indicators and the characteristics of the social environment and its impact on the life of the people of the state.

it tried to address the issue from an integrated perspective and to link economic and social activities with environmental changes and to adopt methods of adapting to the new situation so as to be a theoretical and practical contribution aimed at achieving balanced development in all the study will follow the theoretical approaches related to geography by relying on the primary sources in addition to the descriptive statistical method by describing the nature of the study and identifying its general characteristics and the historical approach to the roots of the changes and their stages of development and their effect on the economic life of the population.

the study is expected to contribute to the development of indicators that can be used in the current Sudanese reality in order to employ the new changes and develop blocks for the oriental guidance.
