The Constraints of Psychological Adjustment Among Kindergartens Educators in Khanyounes Governorate The study aims to: Identify the Common of the Constraints of Psychological Adjustment Among Kindergartens Educators in Khanyounes Governorate, and the differences among them due to (the ages, the educational levels, and experiences.

The Sample of the study consists of (100) of the Kindergartens.

The researchers followed the descriptive analytic approach in conducting the study.

And they used the scale prepared by them.

The study revealed the following results: The most common of Psychological adjustment constraints were arranged in the following order: The Difficulties of Occupational adjustment (71.25%), The Difficulties of Emotional adjustment (67.10%), The constraints of adjustment (54.70%), The constraints of Social adjustment (50.28%), and The constraints of Health adjustment (49.55%).

And general constraints were (58.58%).

And the result revealed that there are no significant differences in the educational levels.

There are significant differences in ages, experience in favor to (4-6 years).

And generally there are differences of constraints in totally degree.
