Attributing books to their original authors has been the main focus in the Twelvers' school approach.

Clearly, the attribution processes takes a remarkable scientific path where Shia scholars had initiated earlier in the process of indexing books, as the index of Al –Najashi ( 450 H), Sheik al Tusi ( 460H), which contributed considerably in the documentation of many science –related and narration –related heritage in the Twelvers' school.

Attributing books to their authors is regarded very essential matter for those who study Islamic sciences.

It can simply explain the reason of that importance where there are many modern books have not been attributed to their authors, there are no agreement of whom they belong.

Therefore it helps the researcher or jurisprudent to diagnose the ambiguity and uncertainty.

This approach has widely been adopted by scholars and it is seen as an art of modern science.

But from other side, it is not sufficient to attribute a book to its author in an index or in a volume, where there are many books have been disagreed about their attribution, as in Rawdah al-Kafi book and other books such as Fadl al-Shi'a for Sheikh al-Saduq Tahaf al-Aqul, Tafseer furat, Irshad al delimy, Nawader Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Issa) and (al –ikhtisas).

consequently, it is not possible to rely on the others in attributing a book to an author, so a jurisprudent should have his own view in each book narrated by him.

Therefore, Mohammed Reza Al-Sistani seeks revision of each book transmitted by Twelvers' scholars, and the full knowledge of the history.

The research dealt with this matter in Mohammad Reza Al-Sistani's view, the study also divides his research according to an analytical study of these investigations based on combinations of books investigated by him.
