Everyone is concerned with human behavior, Yet, philosophers, theologians, behavioral scientists, and the man on the street have still not completely uncovered the true nature of man.

The two major variables cause human behavior-the person and the environment.

In broad terms, the person consists of the physiological and psychological beings, and the environment includes both the physical and the sociocultural influences.

This model represents a conceptual framework for understanding and analyzing the reasons why humans behave the way they do.

The conceptual model developed in this article is based upon the formal organizations interacting with the humban being.

All organizational behavior is preceded and caused by this interaction.

The formal organization is conceptualized as a system containing the three major interacting elements of structure, management process, and technology.

The human being is also considered to be a system made up of three interacting elements : biological-physical structure, psychological processes, and personality.

Organizational behavior is itself a system consisting of the interacting elements of formal organization and human being.

Thus, the conceptual model has systems interaction within and between its various elements.

The dynamics of organizational behavior are quite complex.

Some of the more important manifestations of it include group dynamics, infromal organization, conflict, and change.

To attain positive adaptions between human beings and the formal organization, effective motivation, leadership, and organizational development techniques are needed.
