The study aimed to conduct a cross-sectional analysis of the obstacles to determining the identity of the patient pilgrim and complete his papers in the health sector (a statistical study) and this is the national goal that it has always sought to provide advanced and specialized care with the latest purifications and equipment for the patient in general and for pilgrims, pilgrims, and visitors to the Sacred House of God in particular.

The study is pleased to focus on obliging the pilgrims and making them aware in the country of arrival of the importance of preserving his identity in any form, whether it is his travel air, magnetic card, or smart bracelet and preserving it, due to the different languages, dialects, cultures and in anticipation of natural or human disasters.

The study recommends strengthening the interdependence of efforts more effectively, in partnership with the Ministry of Hajj and the private institutions of the heads of the sects affiliated to it, by harnessing the technology and possibilities available for joint cooperation between them and cooperating with the Ministry of Interior and Foreign Affairs represented in embassies to activate an international project which is the electronic file of the patient and use his fingerprint to facilitate identification.
