Corporate governance ensures that management acts in the interests of shareholders and gives better assurance than management, which too often is guided by its own interests and prevents the disclosure of relevant information or discloses less credible information.

the aim of this work is to demonstrate the importance of management reporting for corporate governance by reducing the information imbalance between shareholders and managers, which is considered as a tool for controlling managers.

to do this, a survey was conducted among the actors of reporting and corporate governance, namely the 42 management controllers and the 36 administrators.

الملخص FRE

La gouvernance d'entreprise s'assure que la direction agit dans l'intérêt des actionnaires et donne une meilleure assurance que cette dernière, qui trop souvent guidée par son intérêt, empêche la divulgation des informations pertinentes ou divulgue des informations moins crédibles.

le but de ce travail est de démontrer l'importance du reporting de gestion pour la gouvernance d'entreprise à travers la réduction du déséquilibre informationnel entre actionnaires et dirigeants, qui est considéré comme un outil de contrôle des dirigeants.

pour ce faire, une enquête a été menée auprès des acteurs de reporting et de la gouvernance d'entreprise à savoir les contrôleurs de gestion au nombre de 42 et les administrateurs au nombre de 36.
