The Algerian company is faced with an increasingly complex socio- economic environment.
Consequently, it is called upon to adopt new management practices in order to meet performance and competitiveness requirements.
Faced with this context, CSR is proposed as a new mode of value creation management oriented towards meeting the requirements of stakeholders who make up the Algerian business environment.
In this contribution, we have devoted a conceptual framework of reference to the management of CSR, to subsequently highlight the need for a practical illustration by the case of the company Pastures of Algeria, in which our study is centered on the interpretation of its management through a few CSR practices.

L'entreprise algérienne est confrontée à un environnement qui ne cesse de devenir de plus en plus complexe.
Par conséquent, elle est appelée à adopter de nouvelles pratiques gestionnaires, et ce, afin de répondre aux exigences de performance et de compétitivité.
Face à ce contexte, la RSE se propose comme un nouveau mode de management de création de valeur orienté vers la satisfaction des exigences des parties prenantes qui composent l'environnement de l'entreprise algérienne.
Dans cette contribution, nous avons consacré un cadre conceptuel de référence au management de la RSE, pour faire ressortir, par la suite, le besoin d'une illustration pratique par le cas de l'entreprise Pâturages d'Algérie, dans laquelle, notre étude est centrée l'interprétation de son management à travers quelques pratiques de la RSE.
