The fall in oil prices condemns Algeria to seek another source of development and wealth.

Especially since the Algerian economy is currently suffering from two major problems, on the one hand a fairly high unemployment rate, a budget which is no longer sustainable because of oil exports.

However, in recent years, Algeria has been engaged in the market economy which wants to encourage entrepreneurship and contribute to the rapid development of SMEs.

So, the purpose of this article is to try to circumscribe the current state of entrepreneurship in Algeria and to show the different entrepreneurial behaviors of managers through innovation, risk taking and proactivity.
