The current study aimed to identify the extent to which the educational programs dedicated to explaining the study materials presented on the Egypt educational channel achieve the requirements of applying the flipped classroom strategy.

The study also aimed to develop mechanisms for developing these educational programs to achieve the requirements of applying the flipped classroom strategy.

The current study used the descriptive analytical approach، by analyzing the reality of the educational programs dedicated to explaining the study materials presented on the Egypt educational channel، and analyzing the literature and previous studies on the flipped classroom strategy.

The results showed that the educational programs dedicated to explaining the study materials presented on the Egypt educational channel have only one requirement of applying the flipped classroom strategy، which is (intentional content)، while the rest of the other requirements are not met (flexible environment - a shift in learning culture - professional teachers).

In light of the results of the study، mechanisms have been set up to develop educational programs dedicated to explaining the study materials presented on the Egypt educational channel to achieve the requirements of applying the flipped classroom strategy.
