The aim of the research is to identify vocational training centers affiliated with the various ministries, which can be used to provide practical training programs for technical education students for their professional development, The research reached a set of mechanisms necessary to benefit from the vocational training centers in providing practical training programs for technical education students (Legal legislation - geographical expansion of vocational training centers - training curricula and programs - professional specializations - training within vocational training centers - community and international participation).

In light of the findings, the research recommends the following: – The need to enact laws and legislations that make the most of the vocational training centers for students of industrial technical education.

– The need to take advantage of the vocational training centers spread across the country to provide vocational training programs for students of industrial technical education.

– The necessity of geographical expansion in establishing new vocational training centers in remote areas and Upper Egypt governorates to achieve maximum benefit from those training centers nationwide.

– The necessity to define training mechanisms and responsibilities within vocational training centers.

– The need to work on the continuous development and modernization of the specializations of vocational training centers, curricula and practical training programs in industrial technical education in line with modern technological specialties, the requirements of future professions, the industrial revolution and the investment map.

– The necessity of the participation of international and community institutions and businessmen in providing vocational training programs through vocational training centers, with continuous updating and development in line with global technological developments.
