الملخص الإنجليزي

This study dealt with the issue of international jurisdiction in the Jordanian Sharia Procedure Code، which was able to address the issue of international judicial competence in cases brought before the Sharia courts in the Kingdom tainted with a foreign element.

Where I stood on the regulation of the Jordanian legislator for this issue، using the comparative laws، especially the Arab ones، and guided by the opinions and jurisprudence of their jurisprudence to reach knowledge of the truth and nature of international judicial jurisdiction.

Because the jurisdiction of the court looking into the dispute regarding the legal relationship that includes a foreign element or what is called judicial jurisdiction The international stage is the first stage in the conflict of laws process، and the effective effect on this process in all its stages is the duty of the judge if a case of one of its foreign parties is brought before him.

To decide first on an important matter، which is related to his competence from the international point of view، by considering the issue before him or his lack of competence.

This issue has been dealt with in the Sharia Procedures Law No.

31 of 1959 and its amendments Until 2016.

Due to the importance of this topic in the Sharia courts and its applications، I chose the title of this study.

International judicial competence in the due process law is an applied، original study.
