Study aimed to reveal ethical social responsibility services effect of industrial corporate on community development and how familiar officials know about services-providing within content of social responsibility as developing ethical duty, depending on a purposive sample of industrial corporates (Elaraby for Electrical Devices, Ceramica Cleopatra, Soft Drinks Coca-Cola Egypt) on basis these corporates provide several for-free social responsibility services; like establishing educational bodies and libraries, providing opportunities for head-family women.

In-depth interviews were applied on a purposive sample of officials about services-providing: (10) officials; structured questionnaire was applied through personal interview on non-randomized sample methods accidently: (160) beneficiaries.

" Integrative Social Contract" and "Stakeholders" Theories were accredited for their assertion on social contribution as corporates ethical obligation, forming business supportive environment.

This study illustrated that, although corporates provide social responsibility services, there is insufficient knowledge regarding goals, and there is confusion between social responsibility as ethical duty and giving Zakat, and between developmental social responsibility services and temporary social aids.

It explained that there are indicators reflect corporates concern about responsibilities then increase of effectiveness for community development, such as corporates' massages having social responsibility, existence of social responsibility special administration, diversity of developmental services provided and long-terms continuity, high-cost and commencement in new services in the future.

It explained social responsibility services contribution of industrial corporates for community developing.
