The research included four chapters.

The first chapter contained the introduction to the research and its importance.

The performance of administrative, organizational, educational and educational duties by two handball teachers was dealt with, considering that these duties are among the most prominent challenges facing teachers in handball.

Which made the interest in accomplishing these duties on the goal of the lesson.

As for the problem of research, recognition, and through the researcher's practice of teaching handball at the Iraqi University, the researcher noticed a fluctuation in the actual performance of teachers in handball lessons between one college and another, which may be affected by many psychological and performance variables, including teachers 'behavior during the lesson.

Their inability to convey knowledge, information, and performance of administrative, organizational, educational and educational duties to learners in a good manner, and the aim of the research is to identify the reality of performing administrative, organizational, educational and educational duties.
