The aim of the research is to identify the difficulties of using creative thinking skills in secondary education, the researcher used the descrip- tive and analytical method, and prepared an opinion questionnaire con- sisting of three axes< which were applied in Schools of Education Direc- torate in Damascus for the academic year 2019 and the number of the original community of the research reached (7665) teachers.

which is< 5% of the original community was taken randomly, and among the most important results of the research was the presence of most of the difficulties in the implementation phase, and the presence of a difference between the teachers ’averages attributed to the variable of years of service and in favor of teachers with service from (1 to less than 10 years).
