This study aimed at investigating the degree ot effectiveness of the second edition ol the trailing program Taqdar (You can) ottered by the Youth Vision Company lor Services and Investment from the prospective ol trainees.

To achieve the study’s objectives, the descriptive method was used and a questionnaire was distributed to a sample con sc ting ol (SO) trainees who attended the training program.

The results revealed that the effectiveness of the program was high.

The workshop on the employment via the internet was rated as the highest in its effectiveness and its ability- to achieve its objectives.

On the other hand, the workshop about future skills was the lowest.

There were also no statistically significant differences in the program effectiveness based on the trainees' gender or major.

The trainees mentioned some chaffenges pertaining to the intensity and short duration of the program.

Besides, the training was central in Muscat and it did not include other governorates.

In light of the resiits, a number of recommendations were suggested which might lie Ip in increasing the program effectiveness in its next edition.
