In the Novel Those who wait of Fatou Diome, the woman and the immigration are both narrated by the woman.
Female protagonists are put in the heart of the intrigue, since they endure the harmful effects of illegal immigration.
Space is an essential part of our textual object, the author criticizes on one hand the European's fantasy about Africa, at the same time she is criticizing Senegalese’s' illusion about Europe, that they believe is the Eldorado.
الملخص FRE
Dans le roman Celles qui attendent de Fatou Diome, la femme ainsi que l'immigration sont racontées par la femme.
Les personnages féminins sont mis au centre de l'intrigue car ils endurent de plein fouet les retombées négatives de l'immigration clandestine.
L'espace occupe une place importante dans notre objet textuel.
L'auteure critique d'une part le fantasme des européens sur l'Afrique et d'autre part elle dénonce l'illusion des Sénégalais sur l'Europe, qu'ils pensent être l'Eldorado.
