الملخص العربي

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى المقارنة بين رواية الشيخ و البحر" لإرنست همنغواي و رواية حين تركنا الجسر " لعبد الرحمن منيف، و دراسة المضامين و التقنيات السردية الواردة في الروايتين.

و اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي بغية الوصول إلى أهم نقاط التشابه و الاختلاف بينهما.

و خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الروايتين قد تناولتا موضوعًا واحدا و هو الصيد الذي شكل الرافد الرئيس عند بناء المضامين.

و قد تشابهت الروايتان في توظيف التقنيات الفنية الروائية، و هي رمزية، العنوان و رمزية الشخصيات و البنية السردية، و مع ذلك اختلفتا في التقنيات السردية الأخرى من حيث رسم الشخصية الرئيسة، و الزمن والمكان.

حيث بدا تأثر عبد الرحمن منيف في روايته حين" تركنا الجسر " برواية " الشيخ والبحر" لإرنست همنغواي واضحا كما بينته الدراسة.

الملخص الإنجليزي

The aim of this study is to do an analytical comparative approach between two novels (The Oldman and the Sea) by Ernest Hemingway and (When we left the bridge) by Abd Alrahman Moneef.

This study relied on the analytical comparative research with a view to attaining the implications similarities and differences between the two novels, and the vulnerabilities between the two writers and their two novels.

This study adopted (Dar Ali'lm lilmalaeen) version that is translated by Muneer Al-Ba'albaki in 1977ce This study consists of an introduction, a preface, and three chapters.

In the preface, the study deals with a brief for the comparative literature, its concept, aims, fields, schools, and Expressions, then the development of the novel within it, influenceand, influences, and the most important knowledge transfer method.

In the first chapter, the study deals with (vision and contents) in two researches.

The first research includes an introduction of the writers Ernest Hemingway and his literary vision and contents of (The Oldman and the Sea).

The second research has information about Abd Al-Rahman Moneef and his literary vision and contents of (When we left the pridge).The second chapter (composition) has three researches The first one deals with narrative technique in (The Oldman and the Sea) such as characters, time, place and conflict.

The third deals with wording such as language and dialogue.

The third chapter deals with (comparative); similarities and differences between the two studied novels in artistic and technical terms.

At last, the study ends with a conclusion deduced with some results and it is ended with resources and bibliography that I used.

The study concluded with a conclusion that included its findings.

The study also included a list of resources and references which I utilized in this study.
