This study aims at identifying the effect of human resource management practices in achieving strategic objectives of Jordan Electric Power Company.

To achieve the purposes of the study, a questionnaire was developed which consisting of (52) items.

The population of the study included all managers of departments and sections heads who perform their duties in Jordan Electric Power Company, where a comprehensive survey was adopted to distribute (111) questionnaires.

Ninety nine questionnaires were retrieved, and the valid questionnaires for analysis were (96) representing a response rate of (86.5%) of the study population.

The results of the study showed that there is an effect of human resource management practices in achieving the strategic objectives of Jordan Electricity Company.

The results also showed an effect of human resource management practices on the efficiency of internal processes, quality of service, conduct work performance at the lowest time, and standards that exceed the industry specifications.

The study recommended that Jordan Electricity Company should pay more attention to human resource management practices, which is reflected positively in achieving the company's strategic objectives
