One of the functions of the textual format is that there must be a verbal intention to accomplish it.

Rather, it is intended to accomplish certain actions via saying, based on the force of accomplishment that saying contains, so such expressions are termed (verbal verbs) and are investigated in what is called the (speech verbs) theory.

The study is divided into three sections, the first incorporates (The Performative function of the linguistic system according to Austin) and the second deals with (the Performative function of the linguistic system by John Searle), while the third addresses (the Performative function in the Holy Qur’an), followed by a conclusion that states that the most important findings and conclusions arrived at by the researchers, and finally concluded with a list of sources and references.
