The study mainly aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of employing Delphi technology in increasing the ability to predict the future prospects of the determinants of Chinese-Arab relations during the period 2013 - 2030.

The study started from the main hypothesis that the employment of Delphi technology contributes to increasing the ability to predict the future prospects of the determinants of Chinese-Arab relations during the period 2013 - 2030.

The study relied on employing Delphi technology by surveying the opinions of a group of academics and experts, whose number reached (12) experts and academics, and by using the inductive approach in predicting the future prospects of the determinants of Sino-Arab relations The results of the study indicated that the determinants affecting the future Chinese-Arab relations are linked to political determinants, as it will seek in the future to be the first trading partner for Arab countries until 2035, and China seeks to strengthen its military presence in the Arab region and the Middle East region to preserve and protect its economic interests in the region, and it is possible that China will increase its dependence on Arab energy resources.

The study recommends the necessity of comprehensive development in the political, economic, scientific, cultural, technical and cultural issues in Arab-Chinese relations.
