The study aimed at measure the impact of strategic thinking on the development of human resources strategies in the industrial companies contributing in Jordan.

The study was based on descriptive analytical methodology.

The study population is one of the industrial companies contributing in Jordan.

The sampling unit consisted of managers working in senior and middle management in the industrial companies in Jordan.

The survey sample consisted of general managers, their deputies, assistants and heads of departments according to the sample of the study.

264 questionnaires were distributed and 258 were retrieved.

After checking, 6 questions were ignored because the responses were not completed, The number of questionnaires analyzed was (258).

The questionnaires processed were (97.7%) of the total distributed questionnaires.

The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which was the existence of a statistically significant effect at the level of (α = 0.05) of strategic thinking in its dimensions (holistic perspective, systemic thinking, smart opportunities and future vision) Performance evaluation strategy) in the industrial companies contributing in Jordan.

The study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which was the necessity of awareness of the importance of human resources strategies as one of the fundamental concepts in modern management.

It also recommended the need to develop strategic thinking methods in terms of the holistic perspective of the internal and external environment of these companies.
