This study aimed to recognizing the Leagile manufacturing and its impact on the sustainability of excellence through manufacturing technology Field study in The State Company For the Automotive and Equipment's Industry in Iraq Babylon Branch, the researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population of individuals working State Company For the Automotive and Equipment's Industry in Iraq Babylon Branch The number of them is 1,200 workers.

A random sample of 291 workers was chosen.

The questionnaire was distributed to all of them..

The number of questionnaires returned was 290, of which 287 were valid for the statistical analysis and the response rate was 98.6%,of the total questionnaires distributed by the researcher and analyzed using the advanced statistical program (Amos V.20) as well as the statistical program (SPSS V.20.).

The study reached a set of results, the most important of them A presence of statistically significant direct impact of Leagile manufacturing in its dimensions(cost, quality, flexibility, Lead time, and service level) on Sustainability of excellence, and the presence of A statistically significant direct effect of Leagile manufacturing in its dimensions (cost, quality, flexibility, Lead time, and service level) on manufacturing technology, The presence of a statistically significant direct impact of manufacturing technology on Sustainability of excellence, and the presence of a statistically significant indirect effect of Leagile manufacturing on the Sustainability of excellence through the intermediate role of manufacturing technology The study also recommended a set of recommendations, most notably the need to strengthen the concept of Leagile manufacturing in order to address their cases of lagging, and to develop appropriate solutions to the problems and constraints that prevent their development, which leads to increase the profitability of the company and increase market share.
