This study aimed at identifying.

The The Impact of Organizational Silence on Organizational Change in Commercial Yemeni Banks.

The study has relied on the analytical descriptive approach.

The study population has consisted of all the (1740) male and female workers in the Yemeni commercial banks distributed in (7) banks.

The sample of the study has been chosen by simple random method consisting of (326) male and female workers.

The study has used the questionnaire as a data collection tool.

The results of study have showed that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of (0.05≥α) for the phenomenon of organizational silence with its dimensions (silence of acquiescence, defense silence, and social silence) on organizational change with its dimensions (change at the level of strategy, change at the level of organizational structure, change at the level of culture, change at the level of system) in Yemeni commercial banks.In the light of the results, the study came out with a number of recommendations, including: Yemeni commercial banksshould be more focused on involving employeesin providing new business ideas; and employees must be encouraged and motivated appropriately.
