الملخص AR
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة فئة العوامل التي يعزو إليها الطلاب الجامعيين فشلهم الدراسي و محاولة لجوؤهم إلى عملية الغش في الامتحانات.
و لأجل ذلك قمنا بتطبيق مقابلة نصف موجهة على عينة قصدية تتكون من 15 طالبا و طالبة ممن حاولوا ممارسة الغش أو مارسوه فعليا في أثناء مسارهم الجامعي، و يزاولون دراستهم في السنة أولى ماستر بكلية علم النفس و علوم التربية بجامعة قسنطينة 2.
و باستعمال طريقة Berlson لتحليل محتوى استجابات أفراد عينة البحث توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية : عزا نسبة كبيرة من الطلاب الجامعيين فشلهم إلى عوامل داخلية تتمثل في عدم كفاية المجهودات المبذولة من طرفهم، و افتقادهم لدافعية التحصيل، إضافة إلى عدم تمكنهم من الفهم نتيجة افتقاد بعضهم لسيرورتي الانتباه و التركيز أثناء تلقيهم الدروس ما يعرضهم إلى نسيان المعلومات.
و كل ذلك قد يكون له إسهاما مباشرا في دفعهم إلى القيام بمحاولة الغش عند الامتحان سعيا منهم للمحافظة على مستوى تقدير الذات مرتفع لديهم

This study aimed to find out the category of factors that university students attribute to their academic failure and an attempt to resort to the process of cheating in exams.
For this reason, we applied a semi-directed interview to an intentional sample consisting of 15 male and female students who tried or actually practiced cheating during their university course, and who are pursuing their studies in the first year of a master’s degree at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences at the University of Constantine 2.
By using the Berlson method to analyze the content of the responses of the members of the research sample, we reached the following results: A large percentage of students attributed their failure to internal factors that are insufficient efforts, lack of achievement motivation, inability to understand because of the lacking of the processes of attention and concentration in lessons, which lead to forgetting information.
And all of this may have a direct contribution in pushing them to exam's cheating for maintaining a high level of self-esteem.
الملخص FRE
Cette étude visait à connaître la catégorie des facteurs auxquels les étudiants attribuent leurs échecs scolaires et leurs tentatives de recourir à la fraude aux examens.
Nous avons appliqué l’entretien semi-directif, l’échantillon est à choix intentionnel composé de 15 étudiants, parmi ceux qui ont tenté de tricher ou l’ont fait durant leurs cursus universitaires, ils poursuivent leurs études en première année master, Faculté de Psychologie et des Sciences de l'Education, Université de Constantine 2.
En employant la méthode Berlson pour analyser le contenu des réponses des sujets de l'échantillon, les résultats sont : Une grande partie des étudiants ont attribué leurs échecs à des facteurs intrinsèques représentés par : des efforts insuffisants, un manque de motivation pour apprendre, aussi une incapacité à comprendre en raison d’une déficience au niveau des processus d'attention et de concentration durant les cours, ce qui engendre des oublis.
Tout cela les pousse à faire des tentatives de fraude durant les examens cherchant à conserver une estime de soi élevée
