The current study aimed to deal with the phenomenon of drug trade and promotion, a phenomenon that has been increasing year after year, especially in light of the social change that Algerian society knows in the social, cultural and economic fields, which led to the appearance of some manifestations of delinquency and crime, which society is not familiar with this curve.

And what increases its danger is that it affects the active group in society, the youth group, which is the basis of production and the pillar of development, not to mention its extension to the category of events.

In addition to the fact that the drug problem prevents the progress of society in various areas of development, it harms individuals and human as well as societal potentials alike.
