The objective of this article is the determination of the nature of the functional hierarchical system of the new city Ali Mendjeli, this investigation is based on the use of the multicriteria model.
the results of the study showed that the neighborhood unit (UV07) is dominant on the functional system and ranks first in all the criteria studied.
also noting that through the unbalanced quantitative and qualitative distribution of equipements, means of transport and shops at the level of neighborhood units, it results in terms of isolation and marginalization which creates a kind of functional and spatial segregation.
this demonstration attests that the functional system of the new town Ali Mendjeli is unbalanced.
الملخص FRE
L’objectif de cet article est la détermination de la nature du système hiérarchique fonctionnel de la ville nouvelle Ali Mendjeli, cette investigation s'appyé sur l'utilisation du modèle multicritère.
les résultats de l'étude ont montré que l'unité de voisinage(UV07) est dominante sur le système fonctionnel et se classe au premier rang dans tous les critères étudiés.
aussi nous constatons qu'à travers la répartition quantitative et qualitative non équilibrée des équipements, des moyens de transport et des commerces au niveau des unités de voisinage, elle se traduit en termes d’enclavement et de marginalisation ce qui crée une sorte de ségrégation fonctionnelle et spatiale.
cette démonstration atteste que le système fonctionnel de la ville nouvelle ali mendjeli est déséquilibré.
