Transactions between related parties are standard practices in the life of the business.

however, they can be abused by parties who control the company to the detriment of minority shareholders of the company.

the IASB has developed IAS 24, which seeks greater transparency in transactions between related parties through the disclosure of relevant information about them.

this is likely to facilitate control for the corporate governance structures.

however, to be able to protect the interests of minority shareholders from abusive transactions, the system of governance must have various qualities.

الملخص FRE

Les transactions entre parties liées représentent des pratiques courantes dans la vie de l'entreprise.

toutefois, elles peuvent être exploitées de façon abusive par des parties qui contrôlent l'entreprise au détriment des actionnaires minoritaires de celle-ci.

L'IASB a élaboré la norme IAS 24 qui vise une plus grande transparence en matière de transactions entre parties liées par la divulgation d'informations pertinentes les concernant.

ceci est susceptible de faciliter le contrôle pour les structures de gouvernance de l'entreprise.

tout de même, le système de gouvernance doit se caractériser par diverses qualités pour être à même de protéger les intérêts des actionnaires minoritaires des transactions abusives.
