The current study aimed to measure the impact of diversification strategy on organizational performance in Manaseer Group.

The study adopted analytical descriptive method for handling and classifying data by developing questioner to collect the employees' data and testing hypotheses, where the analyzing done by using statistical methods by a program (SPSS), through processing according to tests that achieve the purpose of the study.

Where the study population consisted from the employees at Manaseer Group for the cement industry in the Karak area (Qatarneh), as the sample of the study (120) employees, the sampling unit was consisted of the employees in the following departments (Senior Management, middle management and executives) at Manaseer Group.

The researcher distributed (120) questionnaire all valid for analysis.

The results showed a statistically significant effect of diversification strategy by its dimensions (Diversified diversification, non-interrelated diversification) on organizational performance in its dimensions (Clients, internal processes, growth and learning) at Manaseer Group.

Some recommendations have been made in the study, including the need for the interest of Al-Manaseer Company for the cement industry with the employees of the company who have experience, because they are an essential part of the strategic process.
