The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of obstacles and the risks facing commercial banks in the process of customers using banking services through mobile phones.

And have been applying the study on all clients of commercial banks in Irbid governorate, to achieve this quantitative approach is used where identification is designed and distributed to a sample (383) commercial banking client in Irbid governorate where you count the customers through the sample calculator which dependent on the total number of study and the degree of trust and confidence and to study community consists of hundred thousand a customer.

The most important results of the study are that there is a significant effect on the economic obstacles and the risks of material loss faced by customers of commercial banks in the process of using mobile banking services.

The statistical function of both economic obstacles and the risk of material loss is less than 0.05 and there is no significant effect of social obstacles and obstacles Security and penetration of personal information facing commercial banking customers in the process of using mobile banking services, the value of the statistical function of each of the social obstacles and barriers to security and penetration of personal information is greater than (0.05).
