The study examines the impact of e-banking services on the financial performance of Jordanian commercial banks.

The analytical descriptive method was used in conducting the study between the years 2010 and 2017.

Data were collected through the questionnaires which were distributed to the general managers, vice presidents, district directors and branches of 220 members from all administrative and academic levels.

The number of valid questionnaires (216) which represents 98.2% of the total questionnaires distributed to sample members.

The study revealed several results the most important of which was the existence of a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) for electronic banking services in their dimensions (ATM, Bank Phone and Point of Sale service) over the financial performance in its dimensions (return on equity, Assets) in Jordanian commercial banks.

In light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations were made.

The most important of these was the need to continue to provide innovative ideas about electronic banking services that contribute to improving the financial performance of banks.
