Our objective in this research is to study the dynamics of the public debt in Algeria, which is in the process of passing from a serious economic problem itself linked to a structural problem of a country in which the receipts of the treasury come from more 60% of oil taxation, and it is easy to imagine the impact on the state budget.

Notre objectif dans ce travail de recherche est d'étudier la dynamique de la dette publique en Algérie, qui est entrain de passer d'un problème conjoncturel sérieux lui même lié à un problème structurel d'un pays dans les recettes du trésor proviennent à plus de 60% de la fiscalité pétrolière, et il est facile d'imaginer l'impact sur le budget de l'état.
Le prix du marché pétrolier élément exogéne, reste en deça des besoins des finances publiques.
